Returns & Exchanges Policy

Policy update effective November 1, 2025: Our risk-free paddle trial is now a standard 30-day return policy. The details below apply to all orders placed on or after this date.

30-Day Return Window

Customers have 30 days from the date their paddle is delivered to initiate a return request. Once approved, we’ll provide return instructions to help get your paddle back to us quickly and safely.

Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for a return, please ensure the following:

  • The paddle is in the same condition you received it—unused and undamaged.
  • All original packaging is included, such as plastic wraps, sealed boxes, or bags when applicable.
  • We can only process refunds for purchases made directly from our website. If you purchased from an authorized retailer, please address your return and refund requests with the original distributor.

Items that are not returned in resalable condition may still be accepted, but will incur a 25% restocking fee deducted from the refund amount.

Return Fees

All returns are subject to a $10 shipping fee, whether the item is new, unused, or shows approved signs of play.

Paddle Condition & Modifications

Keep your paddle eligible for return by limiting adjustments to light-touch accessories while preserving its original condition and packaging.

Approved adjustments:

  • Lead tape
  • Edge guard tape
  • Edge guard weights
  • Overgrips (without removing the original factory grip)

Will void the 30-day return policy:

  • Removal of the original factory grip
  • Altering or removing the butt cap
  • Any modifications to the handle, including the use of PU inserts
  • Structural changes to the paddle face, edge, or butt cap

Returns may be declined if the paddle is received in non-resalable condition or shows structural modifications beyond the approved adjustments listed above.
