At RPM, we take pride in the performance and quality of our gear. That’s why we back it with a reliable warranty—so you can focus on your game, not your equipment.


Manufacturer's Defect Warranty (180 Days)

Limit: Each paddle is eligible for one (1) warranty claim within the 180-day coverage period.

Coverage:

  • RPM paddles are warranted for 180 days from the date of purchase against manufacturing defects (materials or workmanship).

Claims & Returns Process:

  • Email warranty@rpmpb.com with:
    • Your name and order number
    • Description of the issue (note “defect” for warranty or “return” for satisfaction)
    • Photo or video proof clearly showing the issue
  • RPM will review submissions within 5–7 business days and respond with next steps (approval, shipping instructions, etc.).
  • Warranty decisions are at RPM’s discretion. Approval is not automatic.
  • If approved, RPM will repair or replace the paddle depending on stock and discretion.
  • RPM will inspect all claims to confirm they qualify as a manufacturer defect.

Exclusions:

  • Damage due to abuse (e.g., hitting the ground, improper storage)
  • Normal wear and tear (e.g., grit wearing smooth, cosmetic fading)
  • User modifications (e.g., cutting the grip down, permanent alterations)
  • Paddles purchased from unauthorized sellers

Return Shipping

Customer is responsible for shipping the defective paddle to RPM. Replacements/repairs ship from RPM.

If approved, your item will be replaced with the same model, color, and size. Replacement products carry the remaining warranty of the original item.


Registration & Eligibility

  • Warranty applies only to products purchased new by the original owner and is non-transferable.
  • Proof of purchase (receipt or valid transaction statement) is required.

Only items purchased from authorized RPM retailers or directly from rpmpb.com are eligible. Items purchased from resale platforms like eBay, Craigslist, or Facebook groups are not covered.


Coverage Area

  • Warranty coverage is available for U.S. and Canadian orders only.
  • At this time, we do not offer warranty support for international purchases.

What’s Not Covered

  • Cosmetic Damage: Fading, minor scratches, or visual imperfections
  • Normal Wear & Tear: Edge guard nicks, grip wear, or typical aging
  • Misuse or Negligence: Damage from improper use, storage, or impact with non-pickleball objects
  • Intentional or Reckless Damage: Throwing, slamming, or striking the ground
  • Unauthorized Modifications:
    • Cosmetic accessories (overgrips, edge guard tape, weights) are fine
    • Structural changes (e.g., removing or replacing the butt cap) may void the warranty—especially if damage occurs to the modified area
  • Unauthorized Purchases: Items bought from non-authorized sellers (e.g., resale marketplaces)
