Lost or Missing Packages
RPM Pickleball ships all orders with tracking information provided to the customer. While we take reasonable
care to ensure proper delivery, RPM is not responsible for packages lost, damaged, or misdelivered by the
shipping carrier. Once a package leaves our facility, delivery issues must be addressed with the carrier
directly.
If your package is reported as delivered but not received, customers should:
1. Check all possible delivery locations at the shipping address
2. Contact the shipping carrier directly with the tracking number provided
3. File a claim with the carrier if necessary
For orders with shipping insurance, customers may file a claim through the carrier's claim process. We will provide reasonable assistance with documentation needed for carrier claims upon request.
RPM reserves the right to investigate lost package claims and may, at our sole discretion, issue replacements or refunds on a case-by-case basis.
