RPM Wholesale Program
Partnering with distributors to grow the game.
At RPM Pickleball, we partner with select distributors who share our commitment to quality,
professionalism, and growing the sport. Below are the official terms and conditions for participation in the RPM
Wholesale Program.
Wholesale Terms & Conditions
-
Wholesale Partner Status – Distributors must be registered wholesale partners with RPM Pickleball
and have a valid payment method on file. Orders are placed through our sales portal or via direct communication
with RPM.
- Confidentiality – All pricing and discount information is strictly confidential.
-
Tiered Pricing – RPM offers wholesale discounts based on annual purchase volume. Once a threshold
is met within a calendar year, the new discount tier applies to all future orders for the rest of that year and
the entire following year. Discounts are not retroactive.
-
Tier Maintenance – Distributors retain their achieved tier status for the following year. If
minimum requirements are not met, the distributor will revert to the appropriate tier. Tiers reset annually on
January 1st.
-
Sales Channels – Distributors may not advertise or sell RPM products on third-party eCommerce
platforms (e.g., Amazon, eBay, Facebook Marketplace). Selling on other platforms requires prior approval. Sales
via personal or company websites are permitted with prior notice.
-
Pricing & Inventory Changes – RPM reserves the right to adjust pricing, inventory
availability, or product styles at any time.
-
Resale Discounts – Distributors may discount paddles as follows:
• Up to 10% off retail immediately upon purchase.
• Up to 20% off if inventory remains unsold after 90 days.
• Up to 25% off if inventory remains unsold after 6 months.
-
Product Condition & Warranty – All paddles must be sold in new condition to qualify for RPM’s
warranty. Used paddles may be resold if clearly labeled as used and marked
not eligible for warranty.
-
Proof of Purchase – Every customer must receive documentation including distributor name,
customer name, date of sale, and paddle model. Warranty claims without documentation will be denied.
-
Customer Support – Distributors agree to provide customer service support for all paddles sold
directly by them.
-
Returns & Refunds – Distributors are responsible for handling all return and refund requests
for products they sell. RPM will assist only with warranty claims submitted with the documentation outlined under
Proof of Purchase above.
-
Shipping Liability – RPM is not responsible for shipping damage or lost goods once product leaves
RPM.
-
Shipping Costs – Distributors are responsible for shipping costs and insurance from RPM to their
location. Shipping is arranged via USPS, UPS, or FedEx.
-
International Distribution – International partners are responsible for warranty handling in
their region in accordance with RPM’s policy. Approved replacements will be included in future shipments.
-
Non-Transferability – This agreement applies solely to the approved distributor. Rights cannot be
transferred, assigned, or subcontracted.
-
Termination – Any violation of these terms may result in immediate termination of wholesale
status. RPM reserves the right to revoke wholesale agreements at any time, for any reason.
