RPM Ambassador Program
Join the Movement. Elevate the Game.
At RPM Pickleball, we’re more than just a paddle company—we’re a community built on performance, innovation, and passion for the sport. Led by professional pickleball player James Ignatowich, RPM designs elite paddles for players who demand more from their game.
Our Ambassador Program brings together passionate players, coaches, and community leaders who want to grow the sport, represent RPM, and enjoy exclusive rewards along the way.
Why Become an RPM Ambassador?
As an Ambassador, you’ll join a select group of athletes, creators, and pickleball advocates who share our vision of pushing the game forward. Benefits include:
- Free RPM Paddles – Play and showcase our high-performance paddles.
- 15% Cash Commission – Earn on every sale made with your discount code.
- 15% Off Discount Code – Share exclusive savings with friends, followers, and club members.
- Exclusive Incentives – Top 10 Ambassadors by sales will be invited to a private event with James Ignatowich (travel covered by RPM).
- Early Access to Gear – Get prototypes, limited-edition gear, and new releases before anyone else.
- Demo Locator Feature – Be highlighted on our Demo Map so players can connect with you and try RPM paddles in person.
What We Expect From You

- Tag @rpmpickleball in social media posts and stories.
- Provide feedback to help us continually refine our products.
- Share updates on your ambassador activities and progress.
