Return Policy

Important: Direct Purchases Only

We can only process returns for paddles purchased directly from our website. If you purchased your paddle from a retailer or authorized dealer, please contact them directly to process your return according to their return policy. We are unable to accept returns for products purchased through third-party retailers.

30-Day Return Window

Customers have 30 days from the date their paddle is delivered to initiate a return request. To begin, download the return form at the bottom of this page, fill it out with your name and order number, and follow the instructions to get your paddle back to us quickly and safely.

Return Fees

Change-of-mind returns are welcome within 30 days of delivery. Customers cover return shipping, and refunds are issued minus a $20 fee that reflects the original outbound shipping and service costs. The paddle must be returned in the same condition and packaging in which it was shipped.

Lightly used paddles may also be returned within the same 30-day window. These returns incur a $30 usage fee. Paddles must arrive in gently used condition; items showing significant wear, damage, or modifications are not eligible for refund.

Return shipping costs remain the customer’s responsibility for all paddle returns.

Paddle Condition & Modifications

Keep your paddle eligible for return by limiting adjustments to light-touch accessories while preserving its original condition and packaging.

Approved adjustments:

  • Lead tape
  • Edge guard tape
  • Edge guard weights
  • Overgrips (without removing the original factory grip)

Will void the 30-day return policy:

  • Removal of the original factory grip
  • Altering or removing the butt cap
  • Any modifications to the handle, including the use of PU inserts
  • Structural changes to the paddle face, edge, or butt cap

If a paddle voids our return policy due to non-resalable condition or structural modifications beyond the approved adjustments listed above, it is subject to higher fees.
